The Problem

Salesforce can be powerful and still leave the process feeling manual.

These are the patterns that come up most often when we look at how work actually moves through a Salesforce org — and what we examine when we find them.

No.SymptomWhat it looks likeWhat we examine
01

Data Nobody Trusts

Duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records make reports hard to rely on.

Examine: data model, validation rules, duplicate management, record ownership.

02

Work Happening in Email

Requests, applications, approvals, and information arrive through unstructured channels.

Examine: intake channels, record creation, routing and queue design.

03

Handoffs Outside Salesforce

Work moves between teams through chat and spreadsheets instead of the record.

Examine: status fields, assignment rules, queues, and notifications.

04

Too Many Workarounds

Automation, integrations, and legacy decisions make Salesforce harder to operate and extend.

Examine: Flow and legacy automation inventory, integration points, technical debt.

How We Work

Two practices. The same discipline.

Each service has its own method, built for its own kind of work. Both start from how the business actually operates.

Process Before Technology
Start with how the organization works, not which product to configure.
Design Before Build
Architecture and data decisions are made deliberately, before configuration starts.
Honest Fit
We recommend what fits the problem — including a simpler option when there is one.
Practical Delivery
Clear scope, reviewable increments, and solutions your team can maintain.

Salesforce Technical Depth

Good consulting starts below the surface.

Page layouts and dashboards are what users see. Whether they keep working depends on the decisions underneath — and that's where most of our work happens.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

What does CRM360 specialize in?

Two separate services. Salesforce consulting and implementation covers strategy, architecture, implementation, automation, integration, data migration and optimization. Titan integration services cover implementing and configuring Titan forms, documents, eSign, portals and surveys connected to Salesforce. You can engage us for either one on its own.

Can CRM360 work with an existing Salesforce org?

Yes. Many engagements start with an org that's already in use. We review the architecture, automation, data and integrations, then recommend what to fix, simplify, or extend.

Does CRM360 implement Salesforce from scratch?

Yes. New implementations start with discovery and process design, then move through architecture, configuration, automation, data migration, testing, and deployment.

What does Salesforce optimization include?

Reviewing an existing org for technical debt, overlapping or fragile automation, data quality, the security model, performance, and maintainability — then prioritizing the changes that make it easier to run and extend.

Does CRM360 work with Salesforce Flow?

Yes. Flow is central to how we automate Salesforce processes: record-triggered and screen Flows, approvals, routing, and notifications. We also review and consolidate existing Flows and legacy automation.

Can CRM360 help with Salesforce integrations?

Yes. We design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems through APIs, including decisions about data ownership, sync direction, frequency, and error handling.

What is Titan?

Titan is a platform that works alongside Salesforce to provide forms, documents, eSign, portals, surveys, files, and workflow connected to Salesforce data. Salesforce remains the system of record; Titan extends how people interact with it. More about Titan integration.

Do I need Titan to work with CRM360?

No. Salesforce consulting doesn’t include or require Titan. Titan integration is a separate service for organizations that use, or plan to use, Titan with Salesforce.

How does a CRM360 engagement start?

With a conversation about the process and the Salesforce environment. From there we agree on a starting point — discovery, an org assessment, a focused fix, or an implementation plan.
